Happy Holidays!

A few things to remember over the next few weeks:

1)Be okay with saying "no" when you need to rest.
2)Take time to do the things you enjoy.
3)Make sure you continue to meet with your team as you are able to.
4)Don't be afraid to try something new!
5)Nourish and hydrate your body consistently.
6)Continue your normal self-care routine!
