Renfrew alumni and the community are invited to join us for a FREE yoga class. Quiet your mind and connect with your body as we celebrate National Eating Disorders Awareness Week. This 45-minute restorative style class will be followed by a 15-minute guided meditation.
- All levels are welcome
- Bring your yoga mat (limited mats are available at the studio, contact Katie Huber to reserve yours if needed)
- Light refreshments will be served following the class
About the Instructor:
Kelsey Stoll is a 500-hr ERTY Vinyasa instructor and Lululemon Ambassador. She is passionate about using yoga as a way to cultivate a healing relationship with one's body and mind. She has taught yoga for Yoga for Recovery in Lake Cook County Jail, a Safe Place in Zion, and I-Grow Chicago in the south side. She currently runs Compass Hiking and Yoga Retreats and manages Forever Om Yoga Vernon Hills.
Kelsey has been working at The Renfrew Center of Chicago for one year running the Mindful Movement group therapy.
