In our current culture, being consistently inundated with retouched images, filtered social media posts and nutrition myths can often influence our perception of ourselves and our beliefs about the world at large. In this webinar, we will explore being authentic in the context of social media and the diet culture.
Participants will examine being their "unfiltered" self and learn the real truth behind the diet industry's nutrition claims and evaluating how their virtual community supports or jeopardizes recovery.
