As The Renfrew Center celebrates its 35th Anniversary as the country's first residential treatment center for eating disorders, many individuals who have experienced an eating disorder may be reminded of their own anniversaries around aspects of their recovery journey.

Join Angela Kaloudis, LMHC, NCC, a Renfrew Clinical Training Specialist, and Erin Birely, LCPC, Alumni Services Coordinator for The Renfrew Center, as they examine both the good as well as the difficult emotions that may arise in reliving events of an anniversary. Participants will explore how emotions impact recovery, learn self-care strategies for before and after an anniversary and strategize ways to anchor in the present while accepting the past.
