In our lives we grow through and toward relationships, but it is the growth-fostering relationships that are the source of meaning and empowerment. Sometimes it is difficult to identify and seek out what type of relationships are best for our healing. And, an authentic relationship with self is a critical foundation to grow in connection with others.
This webinar is designed to assist attendees in examining the importance of relationships and discerning critical differences between those that impede quality of life and those that enhance our lives to maximize satisfaction with both the world and ourselves. Discussing elements that allow us to identify relationships that promote or allow self-compassion and self-care, attendees will learn to "prioritize me" in order to be a healthy "we," set boundaries, adopt assertive communication, and identify and ask to have our needs met.
