Although Binge Eating Disorder (BED) is the most prevalent of the eating disorders, there are actually many different types of binge eating. Because not everyone who is classified with BED experiences this disorder in the same manner, this webinar will provide an in-depth exploration of working towards recovery from the various forms of binge eating.
Rachel Tenny, MA, LPC, Renfrew's Alumni Coordinator, will be joined by Samantha Goss, MPH, RDN, LDN, Nutrition Manager at The Renfrew Center of Florida, who will discuss nutrition challenges specific to those with BED, identify potential risk factors and provide problem-solving strategies to use as a guide for the journey to normalized eating.
