At The Renfrew Center, we often receive an influx of messaging from individuals who are pushing themselves to the limit at work, at school, in the gym, as a parent or in a relationship, as well as in almost every other facet of their lives. It all boils down to just one thing—what is known as "Hustle Culture".
Join us in an open discussion of how "Hustle Culture" and trends born from it (particularly in quarantine), contribute to our ideas of self-worth. Attendees will come away with a better understanding of the impact of "Hustle Culture" on their own lives and learn the active steps to take in order to create and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Attendees will need access to wi-fi, and a device with a camera, microphone and audio capabilities.
Space is limited.
