The Renfrew Center, celebrating its 30th Anniversary as the nation's first residential eating disorder treatment facility dedicated exclusively to the treatment of adolescent girls and women, announces the launch of its newly designed support website – www.renfrewsupport.org!
The revamped website allows alumni, support persons and anyone needing extra help in their recovery to connect to Renfrew's clinical expertise and vast alumni services. The updated look of the website makes it more user-friendly and includes features such as:
• A recovery blog
• Recovery testimonials
• Recipes from Renfrew's Cook Book
• Tips on helping a love one readjust after treatment
• Upcoming Renfrew news and events
"We are thrilled to be launching this support website," said Lara Pence, MBA, PsyD, CEDS, Director of Alumni Affairs at The Renfrew Center. "We know that the journey to recovery, while enlightening and joyful, can sometimes be tumultuous and uncertain. Our website was created to be an essential partner for those on the road to recovery with a wide variety of resources to help at every stage of your journey."
In addition to www.renfrewsupport.org, Renfrew alumni have the opportunity to attend monthly webinars, regularly scheduled workshops at various Renfrew locations and receive Connections, Renfrew's biannual alumni newsletter.
